To request an application to be mailed to you, please complete the following form so we can make sure you receive all papers that need to be filled out. You will need an application for each building if you want to go on the waiting list for both buildings. Smoking is only permitted under the smoking tent. Smoking is not allowed in apartments or balconies.

If you are applying as a Victim of the Violence Against Women’s act (VAWA) please contact the office to go over our policies, procedures, and any preferences that may apply.

In order to qualify, you must meet the income limits. Income limits change yearly and the current income limits are listed on the first page of the application.

Please be aware that Columbus Colony does not provide any assisted living, nursing or personal care services. Residents must be capable of fulfilling the lease requirements by themselves. Columbus Colony does have a Service Coordinator who can help residents get connected with community services.
