- Placing and translating calls
- Physician appointments - booking, billing, and general information
- Navigating health insurance and the different benefit plans
- Obtaining transportation
- Organizes educational workshops on varying beneficial topics
- Facilitates group outings to Wal-Mart, Kroger, and other local stores
Helps coordinate service with:

- Franklin County Joy and Family Services
- Ohio Department on Aging
- Home Health Agencies - housekeeping, in-home medical care
- Westerville Library and Westerville Senior Center
- Social Security Administration
